Yes, all our wooden models are completely handmade (from the woodwork to the painting and sewing the sails).

An assembly kit means that all the parts of the model are to be assembled by the client, piece by piece. Our models, instead, are produced starting from the raw material, wood. After the paintwork, all parts are put together, including the sails. Eventually the completely finished product is ready to be displayed.

Two kinds of wood are used: so called "soft" wood, like Canadian maple, cedarwood or beech, or "hard" wood, like teak or rosewood.

All measures are in centimeters and indicate the total volume of the article, including the base.

The packaging is very important since it assures that your order arrives undamaged. The speedboats are packed in simple or double cardboard boxes with made-to-measure styrofoam "molds" inside, that prevent the boat from moving during delivery. The ships, instead, are carefully fastened in rigid wooden cages and then put in simple or double cardboard boxes, finally protected by foam sheets.

Delivery is usually in 48-72 hours from the moment we receive the order and the payment, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, but until April 3, due to the current situation, the delivery times (ETA) may be delayed.
